• maximum running time of 40  minutes
• completed after 1st January 2009.
• Films produced in the European Union countries, Iceland, Norway, Serbia, Croatia, Ukraine, Russia, Moldova, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Albania, Azerbaijan, Turkey

For pre selection screening, the DVD must be absolutely french subtitled

French-speaking film Competition
•opened to french or french-speaking films (35 mm/16 mm / NO VIDEO !)
•completed after January 1st 2009.
•maximum running time of  59 minutes

2D/3D numeric competition
- Competition is opened to french or french-speaking films (Beta num, beta SP !) including 2D/3D sequences
- produced after January 1st  2009.
- They must not exceed 20 minutes. Corporate films and commercials can not be registered.
   Only films with a strong creative potential could be selected.

For pre selection screening, the DVD must be absolutely french subtitled

European competition

1- Films completed after: 1st January 2009
2- Not exceeding : 40 minutes
3- Screening format : 35mm optical sound, Beta SP, DV, DV Cam
4- Country of production: European Union member states
(27 EU countries except France), countries from the European Economic Area (Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway) as well as Switzerland and Croatia.
5- Only films produced with the support of a local authority (regional and local arts board supporting cinema within a selective scheme) may compete in the European competition.
6- Accepted genres: fiction, documentary, animation, experimental, essay.

The main ambition of the festival consists in opening a space to discuss and exchange between social workers and social partners, scientists, movie directors, audiovisual professionnals and the audience, about work and cinema : through the movies talking about it and about cinema and social reality.

The international competition is opened to every films (fictions, animations, documentaries, experimental or scientist movies) talking about work, professionnal and social reality.

- Movies must be in original version.  Non French-speaking films must be subtitled in French or English
- Films completed after January 2009
- Any Genre and duration
- Screening format :  DVD, DV Cam, Beta num, Mini DV

For selection, 2 (two) DVD must be sent !

 

Festival accepts films producted in french-speaking countries

films with no dialog or commentary are non accepted !

International competition

• Only School films with same requirements

Films have to meet the following generic criteria : anxiety, fright, strange, fantastic, horror, paranormal, science fiction, supernatural, suspense, thriller

• Films with  35 mm, Beta SP, Beta Num, DVD, Mini DV screening support with french subtitles for non french-speaking films
• maximum running time of 20 minutes
• completed after February 2007.
• Genre : Animation & fiction
For pre selection of non french-speaking films, the DVD must be absolutely french subtitled

- Movies must be in English or subtitled, or  dubbed in English
- Films completed after January 2008
- Genre :  Fiction, animation experimental (No Documentary)
- Duration : 20 min max
- Screening format :  DVD, DV Cam, Beta num, Mini DV
